Thank you for shopping with Simply Comfort. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our returns and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with all tags and packaging intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team at simply_comfort@outlook.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Our team will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping Costs

If your return is due to a defect or error on our part: Simply Comfort will cover the return shipping costs.

For other returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £30. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund:

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within [7 days].

If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with our returns policy, we will notify you and return the item to you.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at simply_comfort@outlook.com
